Winter holiday in Zell am See

Winter and spring are seasons when activity-oriented holiday-makers and wellness or relaxation holiday-makers alike will find their own paradise in Zell am See and the region. From large ski areas to hundreds of kilometres of trails and winter hiking routes, to a wide variety of cultural events through to pure relaxation in the spa – you will find everything here with us.

During their holiday sports fans can spend their time skiing, snowboarding, tobogganing, snowtubing, horse-riding, ice skating, curling, paragliding, practising archery, cross-country skiing, snow-shoe hiking, ski touring and with lots of other sports.

Culture lovers will feel great during the traditional celebrations and cultural events, and you can also go to concerts, theatres, Christmas and New Year's Eve parties, Advent and Easter markets, or to a museum.

Anyone who is looking for relaxation might want to head to the spa - "Tauern Spa Kaprun", go off on a leisurely winter hike, or enjoy a romantic horse-drawn carriage ride through the winter wonder world that is Pinzgau.
